this is why I believe...

...the way I do...in happily ever after... ...that families can be together forever...forever... ...that "families are established and maintained on principles of faith, prayer, repentance, forgiveness, respect, love, compassion, work, and wholesome recreational activities"!!!

...this was our 24th of July weekend...
...most of my family here to visit in honor of the Temple Sealing of my sister and her husband and their baby girl...

...sprinklers under the trampoline during our backyard carnival...

...Speedy Spaniard 10K race at 6 in the morning!

...Two Gentlemen of Verona at the Shakespearean Festival in Cedar City...
...good food...

...good friends...before the Rodeo...
...fun...
...24th of July parade...

"The family. We were a strange little band of characters trudging through life sharing diseases and toothpaste, coveting one another’s desserts, hiding shampoo, borrowing money, locking each other out of our rooms, inflicting pain and kissing to heal it in the same instant, loving, laughing, defending, and trying to figure out the common thread that bound us all together." ~Erma Bombeck

You just made me seriously homesick for my family and for the festivities in SF. :(

Looks like you guys had a blast!
Was that Z I saw in the pics?
It is so weird to see all the little sisters grown up.

How sweet. Your post reminds me of NPR "this I believe." Congrats to your family on the sealing.

Hey strangers! I see your mom sometimes and tell her to have you get in touch with me, but I haven't heard from you yet! Where are you guys at now? We need to get together!
Miss ya! Jennie
